Plan your Washington vegan food stops

Keep branches exact

PLNT Burger has multiple regional locations; this guide uses South Capitol. Pow Pow is the H Street branch, not Franklin Square.

Separate fast casual from destination dining

A PLNT Burger lunch and a MITA tasting menu require very different time, reservation and budget planning.

Closed legacy listings are deliberately excluded. Current operator pages take priority over stale restaurant directories.

Current operator websites were reviewed on September 18, 2026. NuVegan’s former Georgia Avenue location and an old Shouk listing were excluded because current closure evidence conflicts with stale directory pages.
