Crowne Plaza Warsaw – The HUB
Crowne Plaza combines contemporary hotel accommodation with nearby public transport and The Roof skybar. It also has a fitness room, but the operator explicitly says there is no swimming pool. Breakfast is served at Nova Wola on the first floor. The breakfast webpage addresses vegetarian and vegan guests together, so its general list should not be read as entirely plant-based. The linked menu provides the more useful dish-level detail. [W2]
The menu distinguishes vegetarian from vegan with separate labels. Tofu shakshouka and overnight oats with coconut milk are marked vegan, giving you both savoury and sweet possibilities. Other dishes contain egg, dairy or honey, so select the actual vegan order rather than assuming the full breakfast service is suitable. [W3]
Ask whether your chosen rate includes the à-la-carte dishes or whether they carry a supplement. For an early business meeting or departure, confirm the serving time and an alternative beforehand. For several mornings, request enough variety to make the breakfast package worthwhile.

PURO Warsaw Old Town
PURO's Canaletta property offers rooms and suites, with a gym and sauna for hotel guests. MUND brings together a restaurant, café and bakery, making the hotel worth comparing when you want a place to spend a slower morning as well as somewhere to sleep. The currently linked breakfast menu marks the MUND Plate with a vegan option: beans, tomato salad and baked avocado accompany a choice of regular or vegan sausages. A fried egg is an optional addition. Order the plant-based sausage choice explicitly, without that egg, and check the accompanying bread and spread. [W6]
Do not assume the rest of the breakfast is vegan. In the menu checked for this guide, the porridge contains white chocolate and a milk-allergen declaration; granola is paired with Greek yogurt. A healthy-sounding name does not replace the ingredient check. [W6]

Sofitel Warsaw Victoria
Sofitel offers rooms and suites, a heated indoor pool, a gym and sauna facilities. Compare it when you expect to spend part of the visit at the hotel rather than using the room only overnight. Check the actual room category and facility arrangements that matter to your trip. [W7]
La Brasserie Moderne explicitly offers vegan dishes, according to the hotel's own dining and sustainability information. This supports including Sofitel as a vegan-friendly restaurant-led option. The same venue serves animal products; its plant-based choices do not make the entire kitchen vegan. [W8]
Breakfast is a separate issue. The operator identifies Kitchen Gallery as the breakfast restaurant, with a mixed buffet. The material checked does not establish a complete, itemised vegan breakfast there. A suitable dinner at La Brasserie Moderne should therefore not be used as proof of the morning food. [W7]
