GUTTUT describes its food as entirely plant-based. The loaded operator menu showed lentil-bolognese spelt spaghetti, mushroom-filled potato dumplings, a vegetable Massaman curry and adzuki-bean soup. Dishes change weekly; these are checked examples, not guaranteed daily stock.
The fully loaded contact page now supplies the weekly hours previously missing from this guide. Muesli breakfast, main meals and Thursday Güros have distinct service windows. Sunday opens later, so do not plan a 10:00 breakfast from the general menu heading.
