DILL reworks a traditional pub menu with soy, seitan, tempeh and chickpeas. Its seitan duck-style roast comes with apple red cabbage, gravy and a potato dumpling; the tempeh roulades have a smoked-tofu, onion, pickle and mustard filling. Kaazspatzen and schnitzel provide further hearty choices. For dessert, the menu lists freshly prepared Kaiserschmarrn, making this a stop worth allowing time for.
Before you reserve: Online requests need confirmation. Tables are normally reserved for two hours; telephone for a longer visit. Weekend lunch and dinner are separated by an afternoon break.
