An Lac Vegan is a fully vegan Vietnamese restaurant inside Flensburg Galerie at Holm 57–61. The centre’s current tenant listing describes an entirely plant-based offer, including dumplings, rice noodles and rice dishes.

It is a practical lunch stop in the pedestrianised city centre. Its separate ordering site provides the current delivery menu; delivery service windows can differ from the shopping-centre opening hours.
