Café Soya publishes a separate vegetarian selection alongside its mixed Chinese and Vietnamese menu. Tofu and vegetable dishes provide starting points for a vegan order, but the menu's vegetarian heading is not a blanket vegan assurance.
The operator explicitly identifies egg in wonton pastry and fried rice. Ask which dishes can be prepared without egg and confirm noodles, sauces and meat-style alternatives. Some ingredients cannot simply be removed after preparation; discuss allergies separately.
