Jedermann's current operator menu offers a vegan Thuringian dumpling roulade and filled dumplings that are vegan only without the horseradish sauce. Ask for the complete vegan preparation and confirm the accompanying sauce. The cauliflower-and-barley burger is not automatically vegan: the current listing includes a honey-and-herb dairy topping.
Monday and Tuesday are closed. An operator notice dated 19 October 2026 says written reservation requests will not be processed from 20–29 October 2026; it does not announce that the restaurant is closed throughout that period. Check reservations by telephone and reconfirm special dates.
